The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are ready for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders placed before midday will be dispatched on the same day.
- Shipping time:
- Royal Mail Standard Shipping (3-5 days): £1.99
- Royal Mail First Class Shipping (1-2 days): £2.99

- ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 28 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERY DATE.
- Items must be unopened and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional change.
- We do not offer price adjustments.

TO COMPLETE A RETURN
Please contact us on email@example.com with your concern and to initiate your refund. Send the items in the original packaging (or a different packaging, as long as it’s unmarked and appropriately sized / protected). We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment.
